All items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item arrives defective or damaged, if you receive the wrong item, or if the item does not match the store’s description please contact us at mikeeatsnycburgers@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
The item must remain in the same condition as you have received it. It must be unused and in the original packaging. If it is not, no or only a partial refund will be granted.
WRONG ADDRESS
It is your responsibility to input the correct shipping address. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
It is your responsibility to properly receive and claim your package upon delivery. Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
CARRIER ISSUES
There may be cases where the delivery was made and the package was marked as “delivered” by the carrier, but the package was left in an unexpected location at your address. You should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch.”
If you are unable to locate the package, you will need to place a new manual order to have it reshipped. We're not yet able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers.
If the package arrives damaged, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

SIZING
It is your responsibility to consult the sizing guide provided on each item (if applicable).
MISC
Buyers remorse, improper sizing, and shipping times are not eligible reasons for a return request.
