We strive to provide you with high-quality products that are produced and shipped on demand. This shipping policy outlines the details regarding the shipping process and timelines for your order.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you place an order through our website, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include your order details, such as the product(s) purchased, quantity, and shipping address. 

Please review this information carefully to ensure its accuracy. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee any modifications or changes. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.

If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating the shipping address, please contact us at mikeeatsnycburgers@gmail.com immediately. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that the changes can be made.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive order tracking via a separate email. Within this email you have the option to also sign up for email tracking notifications where you will receive updates as soon as we have news about your shipment.

We partner with all the major e-commerce logistics companies, notably USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Your products can arrive by any of these carriers based on their competitive rates.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

All products are produced and shipped on demand. From the time your order is placed to the date when you receive it, there are two processes to consider:

  • Fulfillment / Production Time - As we produce our products on demand, please allow us 2-5 business days to fulfill your order. 

  • Shipping - Orders typically arrive within 10 business days unless another option is displayed during the checkout process.

Depending on the circumstances, this timeframe may be extended. We appreciate your patience during such periods. The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee.

Currently we only ofer standard shipping. Express shipping is not available at this time. 

SHIPPING ZONES

Currently we only ship domestically within the United States. 

International shipping is not offered at this time, however if you are interested in a product please reach out to us at mikeeatsnycburgers@gmail.com so we can see if anything can be done. If an order is shipped internationally, all duties and taxes (including VAT) are the buyer’s responsibility. Mike Eats NYC Burgers, LLC is not responsible for these charges.

Local delivery and in-store pickup are not available. 

PO BOXES

Typically only national postal operators (i.e. USPS) are able to deliver orders to PO Boxes.  We partner with all the major e-commerce logistics companies, notably USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Your products can arrive by any of these carriers based on their competitive rates. Many of these commercial companies cannot deliver to PO Boxes. 

A physical address should be used to ensure smooth delivery (not a PO Box address).

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. 

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

All products purchased may not be shipped together, even if they are from the same order. Some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. In some cases, we may fulfill products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately. Items we may ship separately include but are not limited to:

  • Hats

  • Mugs, water bottles, and glassware

  • Postcards and stickers

  • Pillows and blankets

  • Backpacks

  • Posters

  • Framed posters
